3. Third-Party Networks and Carrier Services
BlueHouse Telecom may operate as an authorized agent, reseller, or consultant for third-party telecommunications carriers and service providers.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Certain Services are provided and supported by third-party carriers
- Network coverage, uptime, and performance are outside of BlueHouse's direct control
- Carrier terms, policies, and service agreements may apply in addition to these Terms
BlueHouse is not responsible for interruptions, outages, or service failures caused by third-party providers.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete account and business information
- Use Services only for lawful business purposes
- Maintain confidentiality of access credentials
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and carrier policies
You may not use the Services for:
- Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity
- Unauthorized access to systems or networks
- Transmission of malware or harmful content
- Spamming or harassment
- Violations of intellectual property rights
BlueHouse reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services for violations of this section.
5. Orders, Pricing, and Payments
Service pricing may vary based on:
- Carrier rate plans and provider terms
- Service tier selection
- Contract length or business agreements
- Hardware or installation requirements
By ordering Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and recurring charges.
Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination, subject to provider policies.
6. Contracts, Renewals, and Cancellation
Certain Services may require contractual commitments through BlueHouse or third-party carriers.
Cancellation terms may include:
- Minimum service periods
- Advance notice requirements
- Early termination fees imposed by carriers
BlueHouse will provide reasonable disclosure of applicable cancellation terms prior to service activation whenever possible.
7. Equipment and Hardware
If BlueHouse provides or coordinates equipment (including routers, modems, SIM cards, or devices), you agree that:
- Equipment may be subject to additional vendor or carrier terms
- You are responsible for proper use and safekeeping
- Lost, stolen, or damaged equipment may incur replacement costs
Returned equipment must meet return condition requirements, where applicable.
8. Service Availability and Limitations
BlueHouse does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Service quality and availability may be affected by:
- Geographic coverage limitations
- Network congestion
- Maintenance or upgrades
- Weather or force majeure events
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue Services at any time.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, trademarks, service materials, and related intellectual property are owned by BlueHouse Telecom or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without prior written consent.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueHouse disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:

- Network availability or uptime guarantees
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlueHouse Telecom shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, business revenue, data, or goodwill
- Service interruptions caused by third-party carriers
BlueHouse's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid to BlueHouse for Services during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlueHouse Telecom, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any law or third-party rights
