Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the proper and lawful use of services provided by BlueHouse Telecom ("BlueHouse," "we," "our," or "us"), including telecommunications, wireless connectivity, managed mobility, IT services, network solutions, and related offerings (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with this AUP in addition to our Terms of Service.
1. Purpose
BlueHouse Telecom is committed to providing secure, reliable, and lawful communications services for business customers. This AUP is intended to:
- Protect customers and network integrity
- Prevent misuse, fraud, or harmful activity
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and carrier requirements
2. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Services in any way that violates law, regulation, carrier policy, or the rights of others.
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
A. Illegal or Fraudulent Activity
- Using Services for unlawful purposes
- Identity theft, phishing, or impersonation
- Fraudulent billing or misuse of payment methods
- Circumventing carrier restrictions or regulations
B. Network Abuse and Unauthorized Access
- Attempting unauthorized access to systems or networks
- Interfering with service operation or performance
- Introducing malware, ransomware, or harmful code
- Port scanning, denial-of-service attacks, or hacking attempts
C. Spam and Unwanted Communications
- Sending unsolicited bulk messages (SMS, email, voice, robocalls)
- Operating spam campaigns or deceptive marketing
- Violating anti-spam laws (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or similar statutes)
D. Harassment and Harmful Conduct
- Threatening, abusive, defamatory, or harassing behavior
- Distributing hateful or violent content
- Encouraging harm to individuals or organizations
E. Intellectual Property Violations
- Copyright infringement or piracy
- Unauthorized distribution of protected material
- Trademark misuse or counterfeit activity
F. Misuse of Mobility and Device Services
For managed mobility, SIM provisioning, or device lifecycle services, you may not:
- Activate devices under false identity
- Resell unauthorized devices or SIMs
- Abuse unlimited plans or bypass usage controls
- Use devices for unlawful surveillance or interception
3. High-Risk or Excessive Usage
Certain Services may be subject to reasonable use standards, carrier policies, or bandwidth limits.
BlueHouse reserves the right to investigate or restrict usage that:
- Causes harm or degradation to networks
- Violates carrier fair-use terms
- Indicates fraudulent, abusive, or automated activity
4. Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Activity occurring under your account
- Maintaining secure credentials and device controls
- Ensuring employees and users comply with this AUP
- Promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access
5. Enforcement and Suspension
BlueHouse may, at its sole discretion:
- Investigate suspected violations
- Suspend or terminate Services immediately
- Report illegal activities to law enforcement or carriers
- Cooperate with regulatory or government requests
Service suspension or termination may occur without notice if necessary to protect networks, customers, or compliance obligations.

7. Changes to This Policy
BlueHouse may update this AUP from time to time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
